Our Story

Back in the day, Steve Curran and Mark Miller launched Harvest Music & Sound Design, a humble shop crafting original music, sound design, and all things audio for radio and TV ads across 16 states. They even dipped a toe into feature films (a longer story for another time).

But something started shifting. The brands they partnered with didn’t just like the work. They trusted the people behind it. That trust grew. First it was, “Hey, along with the music, can you also handle the copywriting for our radio campaign?” Then, “Cool, now write the TV ads.” Followed by, “How about producing and directing them while you’re at it?” Before long, clients weren’t just hiring a production company. They were forging an enduring creative partnership.

As their buddy and Hallmark creative legend Gordon MacKenzie once advised them, “Orville Wright didn’t have a pilot’s license.” So in 2008, Harvest became Harvest Creative Services. A small boutique agency built on respect, collaboration, and performance. 

Fast forward to now, and Hayden Acker’s jumped into the cockpit alongside them. The mission? Still the same: Elevate brands. Drive results. For every screen, every speaker, every platform. Content that makes people feel something, do something, remember something through strategy, story, and execution. Sometimes challenging. Always honest. And most importantly, designed to deliver.
